STELLA MARIS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All Returns:  To receive a refund, you must return the item within 30 days of delivery for domestic orders, or 60 days for international orders.  We will send you an e-mail to notify you of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.  Your refund will be in the same form of payment you originally used for your purchase.  Refunds are generally completed with two weeks from our receipt of your return.  Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.  In the case of damaged items, please refer to our section on Damaged Items.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment.  It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately.

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service.  To assure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
